What needed to change?

A live draw cannot depend on one rigid input sequence. Operators needed to work country-first or position-first, respect locked positions and make corrections while keeping the audience display aligned.

02 / Solution

A system shaped around reality.

Move Beyond developed an operator panel and connected draw display with country selection, flags, position control, confirmation and correction workflows. Competition officials retained responsibility for official draw decisions; Move Beyond handled the technology side.

02 / Journey

A clear sequence in which every user knows what happens next.
