1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with Move Beyond ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our consultancy services, digital solutions, and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Move Beyond provides strategic sports and events consultancy services across the MENA and Gulf regions, including:

• Consulting Services: Sports operations consulting, event planning and management, strategic advisory
• Event Management: End-to-end event production, venue coordination, technical management
• Digital Solutions: Custom web applications, mobile apps, academy management systems
• Technology Products: Pass App for digital access management, VR activations, SaaS platforms
• Sports Technology: VR experiences, fan engagement solutions, integration services

3. Professional Services Agreement

Our consultancy and professional services are provided under separate service agreements that will specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and fees
• Intellectual property ownership
• Confidentiality obligations

4. Digital Products and Software

For our digital products including Pass App, VR solutions, and SaaS platforms:

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software products
• Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute our software
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures for data protection
• Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Protect confidential information shared during our engagement
• Pay all fees and charges according to agreed terms

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, software, designs, and proprietary solutions remain with Move Beyond. Custom work created specifically for clients may be subject to separate intellectual property agreements as outlined in individual service contracts.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

• Consulting Services: As specified in individual service agreements
• Software Licenses: Monthly or annual subscription fees
• Event Management: Milestone-based payments as agreed
• Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly service charge

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data shared during our engagements. This obligation survives termination of our services and applies to all Move Beyond personnel and subcontractors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Move Beyond's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where services are performed. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination does not relieve parties of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations and confidentiality commitments.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
